Brainstorming –  Saturday, November 12 2005

Scouts committee, leaders and leaders in training held a one day brainstorming session at AGBU Dervishian Hall.
- Aren was enthusiastic to talk about ideas to implement a Scouting Program in an structured documentation system, accessible to leaders and committee at all times. He selected members to immediately start implementation.
- Aren introduced the Re-grouping concept in his team to improve the program among his members.
- Teni gave a practical budgeting session that was greatly appreciated by the audience.
- Suzanne briefed her scouting knowledge and experience with the World Wide Scouts movement, showing pictures she has taken with Baden Powell’s daughter, another one at Brownsea Island, where the first scout camping was organized on 1907.
- Viken Attarian gave a Leadership session that was very inspiring to all. A quote to remember: “Management is doing things right, Leadership is doing the right things.”

Sleepover and Brunch – Saturday/Sunday, Nov. 5 and 6, 2005

Saturday, Beavers and Cubs had a sleepover at Dervishian Hall. The next day, The committee prepared a brunch to scout parents and friends.
In the background, a video of the past Summer Camp was displayed, after which, the Beavers entertained the audience with a couple of songs.
