February 22 2007 - CELEBRATING 100 YEARS OF SCOUTING

Last February 24^th, Montreal’s A.G.B.U. Scouts’ Council celebrated the centennary of the World Scouting Movement with a get-together of all Armenian scouts. The Celebration Subcommittee, chaired by Suzanne Tatarian-Atamian, saw months of work come to a successful conclusion at the Gundjian Gymnasium of the AGBU Alex Manoogian school. Read more...

HO HO HO SCOUTS' CHRISTMAS PARTY - Held at AGBU Dervishian Hall

Another year went with great joy and excitement. The kids were thrilled with the Mad Scientist's show.
Santa was very generous this year too, there was candies, Scouting gadgets, educational toys for all.

Thank you Scouts, family and friends, for your presence and contribution to make this traditional event a success.
Because of you, our Scouts join in the list of "Sponsor A Student" program at AGBU Alex Manoogian School.

The AGBU Armenia 2006 Team - The Venturers - had  a presentation of their humanitarian trip at S.O.S. Village in Kotayk Armenia.
The audience curiously and with joy watched the video, which highlighted the group's time in Armenia.
A similar presentation was given at The Scout Du Montreal Camp site, where Presidents and Group Leaders of other Montreal Scout groups attended. The audience there were trilled to see how a young group can manage a project of 40 thousand dollars. Our Venturers were asked to give more presentation to other Venturer groups in Quebec.

Friday October 27th, 2006 - HALLOWEEN

As it turned to be an AGBU scouting tradition now, our Venturers have prepared a surprise Halloween platform in the buildings basement.
The disguised Beavers, Cubs and Scouts took turn to go down and get the taste of the spooky decore and yuuuuukkkkkyyy gooowwwwiii appetizers.
